Data Centre Manager (Site Lead)
Hold overall accountability for the safe, compliant and continuous operation of the MSAI Scotland campus (DC1-A, DC1-B, DC3).
Key responsibilities
- Own uptime, availability and SLA performance across all halls.
- Lead the operations team and set shift and maintenance schedules.
- Manage contractors, budgets and supplier relationships.
- Own health, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Report to the VP Infrastructure on performance and risk.
Requirements
10+ years in critical-environment or data-centre operations; proven leadership; HV awareness; strong compliance and budget track record.

The sovereign AI data centre campus on Riverside Business Park: DC1-A, DC1-B and DC3, island-mode power, Horizon free cooling and the GPU fleet the MOTHER models train on.
