Field Service & Deployment Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Commission and hand over robots on customer sites.
• Train operators and write the material they are trained from.
• Diagnose and repair in the field; manage spares.
• Feed field reliability data back into design and production.

Requirements

Field service on complex equipment; strong fault diagnosis; customer-facing and calm under pressure; willing to travel; robotics or automation background.

Where you would work

The UK humanoid lab and assembly line: MOTHER EXO robotics design, build and test, coming online Q1 2027 and targeting 1,000 robots a year on a sovereign supply chain.

The Manchester factory comes online Q1 2027. Roles are recruited ahead of that date, with start dates agreed individually.
