Health & Safety Officer (Robotics Factory)

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the H&S management system, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Own machinery safety, guarding and human-robot workspace separation.
• Run audits, inductions and incident investigation.
• Manage contractor RAMS and permits during factory fit-out.

Requirements

NEBOSH or equivalent; H&S in manufacturing or construction; machinery safety and LOTO; CDM awareness for the fit-out phase.

The Manchester factory comes online Q1 2027. Roles are recruited ahead of that date, with start dates agreed individually.
