Manipulation Engineer (Dexterous Hands)

Key responsibilities

• Develop grasping, in-hand and bimanual manipulation behaviours.
• Integrate tactile and force sensing into the manipulation stack.
• Build task benchmarks and measure success rates honestly.
• Work with the world-model team to close the perception-to-action loop.

Requirements

Manipulation research or engineering; motion planning and grasp synthesis; force and tactile sensing; real-hardware results, not only simulation.

The UK humanoid lab and assembly line: MOTHER EXO robotics design, build and test, coming online Q1 2027 and targeting 1,000 robots a year on a sovereign supply chain.
