Production Manager (Humanoid Assembly)

Key responsibilities

• Manage the assembly team, shifts and production schedule.
• Own daily output, WIP and on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement with manufacturing engineering and quality.
• Own line-side safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

Production management in a complex assembly environment; people leadership; lean manufacturing; comfortable ramping a new line rather than running a settled one.

Where you would work

The UK humanoid lab and assembly line: MOTHER EXO robotics design, build and test, coming online Q1 2027 and targeting 1,000 robots a year on a sovereign supply chain.

The Manchester factory comes online Q1 2027. Roles are recruited ahead of that date, with start dates agreed individually.
