Robotics Programme Manager

Key responsibilities

• Own the programme plan, milestones and risk register through to factory go-live in Q1 2027.
• Coordinate the robotics, AI and manufacturing teams against one build schedule.
• Manage budget, capital equipment and external partners.
• Report progress, risk and readiness to MSAI leadership.

Requirements

Programme or engineering management in robotics, automotive, aerospace or another regulated hardware industry; NPI to volume production; comfortable with hardware and software running in parallel.

Where you would work

The UK humanoid lab and assembly line: MOTHER EXO robotics design, build and test, coming online Q1 2027 and targeting 1,000 robots a year on a sovereign supply chain.

The Manchester factory comes online Q1 2027. Roles are recruited ahead of that date, with start dates agreed individually.
